Connect QR labels to your Generational Story album
Generational Story QR code labels offer ongoing access to albums for generations long after login information may be forgotten.
You may connect a Generational Story QR code to an album or to a specific clip. Both give full access to the album. A QR code connected to an album will open to the album’s first recording. A QR code connected to a clip will open the album to that particular recording - for instance, a video associated with the heirloom that the QR code is attached to.
QR codes are connected using the Generational Story Mobile App available on the App or Play Store.
To connect a QR code to an album, open the album and go to the ‘about’ tab. Scroll to the QR code section and click ‘modify’ then click ‘add QR code’ and scan the Generational Story QR label.
To connect to a particular clip, go to the album, then to the review tab, and tap on the clip you want to link to open the clip details. Scroll down to the QR code section and click the ‘add a QR code’ button to scan the Generational Story QR label.
QR labels must be ordered through the Generational Story Store and come in a variety of dimensions and materials suitable for applications from photos to headstones. Lifetime and Legacy albums include store credit toward QR code purchases.
