How to upload videos
To navigate to the online recording/upload tab you may:
1. Login online and open the album you would like to record into and click the Record/Upload tab.
2. Click the link in the email reminder, if you have set up up periodic reminders.
3. Click the invite link from an album owner to be a guest contributor.
Select the ‘Upload Videos’ option to open the upload window.
Video Name: You may choose to upload your video under one of your pre-planned interview questions or under the default custom recording heading.
Under custom recording, your clip will retain the name it had on your computer in your album. If you select a pre-planned interview question before uploading your clip, the clip will be renamed in your album to under the label of the specified question.
To upload, click browse to open your computer files and select a video to upload. If you have selected custom recording clicking on the add more videos button will allow you to load multiple videos at once. When you are finished click “save clips.”
You may review and watch your videos under the Clips tab. You may relabel clips or add descriptions at any time by clicking edit info on the clip menu.
Your home videos are now securely stored and organized - ready to share with your loved ones.
